Arthritis Kit – What's worked for My Debilitating Lower Back Pain in Description

Legal Jumbo: Im not a doctor. Seek a professional opinion.

This is my attempt at relieving my own debilitating lower back pain by trial and error. Trying to get relief from debilitating back pain. Have been trying a few things these passed two weeks to ease inflammation & pain. Off the bat, pillow between legs on firm couch laying on left or right side with ice pack helps most. Then Biofreeze cream, because it works better then alcohol & narcotic prescriptions. Some spices listed are good long-term for their Anti inflammatory properties. Inflammation causes pain, they help long term. “Most” of this you can buy on the shelf at Walmart. What’s here, from left to right….
