Oregano essential oil is known as natures antibiotic. I love this oil because its Antifungal, antibacterial, antiparasitic /antiviral and antioxidant.

You can Diffuse it to kill germs. You can make a homemade mouthwash to clean your teeth. Warnings are those who are allergic to Lamiaceae family plants, including basil, hyssop, lavender, marjoram, mint and sage. So check with a qualified practitioner and always check with your doctor especially for pregnant women and children before using. The good news is that it doesn’t have the harmful side effects of antibiotics such as antibiotic resistance, or destroying all of your good bacteria and damaging your gut lining and I always take fermented foods or probiotics with it.

Frankincense essential oil is a super oil in that it affects all the systems of our bodies. This enhances the effects of other oils and breaks the blood brain barrier meaning it allows it to uniquely positively address issues on a physical and emotional level. It can help with upset or anger putting a couple of drops of this under your tongue or in a diffuser or even a hand diffuser is a good way to help bring you back to reality. It can also help to increase your spiritual awareness in meditation.

Lavender is also great for motion sickness, It’s also antibacterial and can be added to household cleaners. Diffusing it or putting a few drops on your pillow that can help you sleep better as well. And it’s great in a bath as well since it’s great for your skin as well as pain and inflammation
