MAGNESIUM & it’s effect on JITTERS, FOGGY HEADACHES or HANGOVER

A simple cheap solution which may help certain types of headaches, especially the nervous, jittery, dull headache often accompanied by very slight dizziness and nausea.
ALWAYS consult a doctor if you are worried about any symptoms. RECIPE BELOW IN DESCRIPTION

MAGNESIUM OIL SPRAY
RECIPE:

1 cup magnesium chloride flakes
1 cup distilled water
optional: 1-2 drops essential oil of lavender.

METHOD:
Heat water (not boiling) and pour on to magnesium flakes.
Stir until dissolved.
Allow to cool.
Add essential oil drops if preferred.

Pour into glass spray bottle.

USES:

Soles of feet – which may help sleep, relaxation and act as a gentle sedative.

About 10 sprays at the most on various parts of the body.

Torso, especially stomach area will help absorbtion into the bloodstream.

Back of neck, may help with tension and pain.

Arms and legs, for muscular pain and tension.

DO NOT SPRAY ON ANY BROKEN SKIN.

(Not harmful, but It will likely cause irritation)

If it cause itchiness, dilute with a little more distilled water or spray less and on a more less sensitive part of the body.

NEVER TAKE INTERNALLY.
