Years ago it was taboo to talk about depression and in their mental health. People would be depressed but it was not spoken of. Now in 2019, celebrities, athletes, actresses, actors, singers and songwriters now coming forth with their mental health struggles, nothing is worth having without having a sound mind.
Anxiety is a popular mental health area that many people are having trouble with. With anxiety you may feel like:
You are having sweaty palms
Heart palpitations and your chest is caving in.
One remedy would be to breath in and out 4-5 times slowly. Also essential oils can calm down your anxiety. I sell doterra oils. Peppermint and lavender are good for calming down anxiety.

If you can try to calm down and ground yourself and say this too will pass. There is nothing wrong with me, repeat it over and over. Ground yourself by studying and focusing on one object at a time for a few minutes.
For depression, please solicit the help of a mental health counselor, therapist, social work, psychologist, psychiatrist, school counselor or EAP provider (through your employer).

For Narcotic usage, please support your NA support group.
